I truly am a coach who understands. Not superficially, but deeply. What athletes go through emotionally as they struggle between staying and leaving, as they struggle with anxiety before a competition, as they confront their own thoughts during a performance, as they try to cope with success and failure, as they come back from injury and wonder – could this be different?

My goal isn’t to teach you how to train—you already know that. Instead, it’s about helping you understand yourself better and accept your own processes. You’ll learn to stop letting emotions hold you back on the field, and instead, discover how to use them to your advantage.

My mission is to bring Brighter into those dark moments of sport – when an athlete doubts themselves, when they are torn between staying and giving up, when pressure overwhelms passion, when victory does not bring the expected joy, and defeat seems too hard. As your mindset coach, I am here for you. I am here to help you understand what is valuable in your sporting journey and how not to lose it – neither in sport nor in life.

Over the years, I have learned that mental flexibility is what has kept me going through the toughest times.
